Urbenex BioEnergy has co-developed an advanced anaerobic digester that is highly scalable, pre-packaged, and portable.
Pre-financed Biogas plants produce and sell renewable natural gas, electricity, heat, fibers, and liquids from our Biogas plants.
Capturing methane is important because methane is a potent greenhouse gas that contributes to climate change if allowed to escape to the atmosphere.
Promoting the use of technologies like anaerobic digestion will help meet the methane emissions goals set by the Biden Administration (2030 Greenhouse Gas Pollution Reduction Targets).
Anaerobic digestion (AD) is a naturally occurring process in which different types of bacteria work together in stages to ferment organic matter in an oxygen-free environment. A broad range of organic materials can be used in anaerobic digestion including manure, municipal waste, food/oil/grease, crop silage, and sewage. The process creates two valuable by-products; biogas and effluent, also called digestate- the concentrated material that remains after digestion.
We produce and sell renewable natural gas, electricity, heat, fibers, and liquids from our Biogas plants.
Quick installation – 5 to 6 months – with no disruption to farm operation.
Portable Biogas plant – No cost to Farmer.
